Instruments
Currently we offer piano, voice, ukulele, guitar, mandolin, upright bass, electric bass, songwriting, and music theory lessons.
If you are interested in studying an instrument that is not listed on this page, please contact us and let us know. We are expanding and want to offer instruction on additional instruments in the near future. Please let us know what type of lessons your are searching for and we may be able to find you a teacher.
Guitar/Ukulele/Mandolin
We teach both electric and acoustic guitar. For young students it is often best to begin playing an acoustic guitar to strengthen the hands, then transition to playing the electric guitar with the guidance of an instructor. We offer ukulele and mandolin lessons as well.
Voice
Learn the art of using the voice as an instrument. There are many tricks to using the full range of the voice. Our teachers help students learn to use techniques to expand their vocal range, improve vocal tone, increase breath support, and we believe in teaching general musicality so our vocal students become well-rounded musicians.
Piano
The piano is the foundation of a music education. Everything that a student learns on piano can be transferred to other instruments, hence it is a great foundational instrument for young students. Students learn to play by sight reading and learning music theory in a classical style. Our approach to teaching will lead our students to have the ability to play all styles of music, from classical to popular music, and jazz.
Electric and Upright Bass
Learn the art of playing the electric or upright bass, and learn to be a part of the rhythm section in a band. All styles are taught from rock and bluegrass, to the more complex upright jazz bass. We offer bass lessons from beginner to advanced levels.
